What I Do

I write and edit compelling UX copy for Amazon Kindle's worldwide new tablet & device features affecting NA, EMEA, and FE. This includes product descriptions, regulatory notifications, navigation, tooltips, how-to articles, setup, and content management.

I create repeatable processes while optimizing for efficiency through documentation and training. I am capable of documenting processes into scalable standard operating procedures for continuous process improvement and training at a global scale.

I constantly negotiate aggressive timelines and partner with technical and business teams to drive projects.
